The personal data of the applicant (data subject) is collected for the purposes of processing the application. The data is collected, stored and processed solely for this purpose on the legal basis of Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data is blocked once the application process ends and erased once the statutory retention period has expired, after a maximum of six months. (§ 147, subsection 2, in conjunction with subsection 1, Nos. 1, 4 and 4a of the German Tax Code (AO); § 14b, subsection 1 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG))
4. Server-Log-Files
The provider of our website collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically sends when you visit our website. This includes browser type and browser version, operating system, URL host name of the accessing computer, time of server enquiry.

The personal data is blocked once the application process ends; it is erased once the statutory retention period has expired, after a maximum of six months. (§ 147, subsection 2 in conjunction with subsection 1, Nos. 1, 4 and 4a AO; § 14b, subsection 1 UStG) Once the regular application process expires, we may be able to add your profile to the Meyer Logistik applicant pool. In this case, we will contact you separately before your candidate profile is properly erased. If you then agree to being added to the pool, your candidate profile will remain in place and our recruiters will check on a regular basis to see if your profile matches an open position and ask you to reapply if necessary.
